1. How fast will my order be shipped?

Faster than a speeding bullet! Well, not quite, but we try! We make every attempt to ship your order no later than the next business day, and many times, it will be cut and shipped the day the order is received. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, however, for larger orders, UPS is utilized.

2. Do you send free samples?

We're sorry, but due to the time and cost involved in sending free samples, we do not.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Our primary method of shipment is by USPS Global Priority Mail. We can squeeze 5-6 yards of fabric (NOT FLANNEL, BARKCLOTH or TWILL) into a Flat Rate Global Priority Envelope, however, not every country accepts this form of shipping. The shipping costs of any order over the amount we can fit into a Flat Rate Envelope will be according to weight. Please email to receive an exact shipping rate for your country.

4. What is your return policy?

You may return any purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping. Please return fabric in original, uncut condition, and in the original packaging. NOTE: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

5. Do you sell wholesale?

No, we don't sell our fabric wholesale. We operate a RETAIL store, as well as an online shop.

6. Do you ever have sales?

Yes! We periodically have sales, and you can be notified when they happen by subscribing to our newsletter on the Home page of our site. NOTE: We will never trade our sell our customer information to anyone.

7. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express by secure online credit card transaction or over the phone. Personal checks (with a 1 week clearance time), money orders and cashiers checks. Paypal, a very popular online payment company which allows you to pay securely with your credit card or checking account. All funds must be in US Dollars, and NO out of country checks will be accepted.

8. How do I find a particular print?

The Cotton Shop's search engine is a wonderful tool. You can search our fabric collections by category, or you can use the Search box and seek by color, theme, manufacturer, etc. If, for example, you are searching for butterflies, type the simplest form of the word, such as 'butterf'. This way, it will find the word Butterfly AND the word Butterflies in the title or description of a fabric.
